BOOKING A TRIP
Please use the blue contact form below to book or to ask us any questions. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Currently we are able to receive your payment via pay pal, check, interact e-transfer and wire transfer (for costumers outside Canada).
Upon booking confirmation, a 50% deposit is required for all activities. We expect the balance to be paid in full 1 month prior to the start of your course. Any activities booked less than 1 month prior to the start of the course, a full payment is required during booking. Upon receipt of your deposit we will send a confirmation email. Please note that your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
CANCELATION POLICY
100 days or more before the start of the trip, full reimbursement minus 350$ administration fee.
Within 100 days of the start of the trip, no reimbursements.
We reserve the right to cancel trips due to weather or other factors. During the trip we can change or alter routes due to environmental conditions and other circumstances. The safety of the entire group will always take priority.
